The studio has a 90 × 200 cm main bed and an 80 × 200 cm pull-out bed for an occasional guest.

Yes. The studio has a wardrobe with hanging space for clothes.

Yes. The table can comfortably be used as a workspace with a laptop.

The kitchenette has two induction hobs, a microwave oven, a refrigerator with freezer space, an extractor hood, cooking utensils, plates and cutlery. There is no separate conventional oven.

The studio has individual electric heating and its own water heater. Check your selected period’s pricing for electricity costs and included utilities.

The studio faces south and has a blackout curtain. With the window closed, double glazing keeps outside noise low. You may occasionally still hear some neighbourhood activity.

The studio is on the 4th floor. There is no lift.

There is no washing machine in the studio. A self-service laundromat is approximately 50 metres away.

Bed linen is available on request as an optional service. It is not included in the standard rental price.

Towels are available on request as an optional service. They are not included in the standard rental price.

A 5G Wi-Fi box with 100 GB of data is available on request as an optional service.

The studio is non-smoking. Pets are not accepted, subject to the rights that apply under the relevant rental agreement and French law.

Keys are collected from a secure key box near Place Pigalle, around 400 metres from the studio. Access instructions are sent before arrival, once the rental agreement has been signed.

Please leave the studio clean at the end of your stay. If additional cleaning is required, the cost may be charged in line with the rental agreement.
